Customer Care Specialist – Nova Communications

Our client, Nova Communications, makes Canadian companies and communities more successful and safer with wireless. Nova is stepping up its game with new roles and new technology, and is looking for an excellent team member to be part of its Customer Services team.

The successful candidates will benefit from:

These key positions will be responsible primarily for:

  • promptly answering and assisting customers
  • coordinating and expediting sales orders and services requests
  • coordinating and resolving customer issues
  • being a lead user of Nova’s new systems and processes, and helping other users
  • seeking out and implementing ways for Nova to build customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Thrives on working with people and previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional team player with a reputation as a “go to” person who gets things done.
  • Strong verbal and written communication over telephone, email and online.
  • Very organized, excellent time management, and ability to multi-task.
  • Belief in the power of technology and have a thirst for knowledge.
  • A commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
