Reporting directly to the President, this is a critical role to the company—one that provides administrative and organizational support for all office-related activities and seamlessly facilitates the flow of business operations on an ongoing basis across several businesses.
This is a hands-on role that will blend the duties of general office management, administration, accounting (payroll, AR and AP), human resources, and related operational functions of the firm.

As the ideal candidate, you may have a business degree and some formal training in accounting. You have several years’ office management experience. In addition to possessing the technical skills required to do the job, you can work with minimal supervision and prefer a high level of personal responsibility and accountability.
You are highly organized by nature, possess a client service orientation, work well as a team member, and have a knack for seeking operational efficiencies.
