About
For more than 30 years, I worked on the employer side of the table helping organizations hire, assess performance, and choose their leaders.
I’ve interviewed over 25,000 candidates, conducted hundreds of executive searches, and watched how decisions about work and people are really made.
Today, I use that experience to support job seekers 55+ as they navigate later-career transitions with dignity, purpose, and renewed momentum.
Over time, I noticed how often people in their fifties, sixties, and seventies were quietly struggling with work and identity. They weren’t ready to stop, but they weren’t sure how to continue.
Drawing on that experience, I write and speak about navigating job loss, early retirement, career shifts, financial uncertainty, and the desire to keep working on your own terms. I focus on second-act careers, age bias, networking, and redefining success after 55.
As a published author, I wrote “PINNACLE: How to Land the Right Job and Find Fulfillment in Your Career” and published a weekly blog, The Career Advisor, which reached over 10,000 subscribers.
I have completed over 25 full and half marathons. I hold an MBA degree and am a professional accountant (CPA) and believe strongly in giving back to the communities in which we live and work.
My mission is to help experienced professionals over 55 rediscover their value and design working lives that match the realities of this stage of life.
